...in which I have forgotten to post the blog
I managed to forget to do a blog post yesterday, thanks to a combination of laziness, forgetfulness, parenting, world of warcraft and tennis. Must try harder.
Here's yesterday's menu...another post will be forthcoming later:
Wednesday 2nd July
Healthy A: Milk
Breakfast
Fruit (nectarine, pear, apple); fat-free yoghurt
Lunch
Omelette with bacon, mushrooms & crushed chillies; 4 rye crispbread (healthy b) with marmite
Dinner
Pasta with some sort of chicken & tomato stir-fry thing that I made up (garlic, paprika, onions, peppers, mushrooms, tin of tomatoes, stir-fried with the chicken & 200ml chicken stock then left to simmer for 25 - 30 minutes)
Snacks/Drinks
Hungry day...fruit (loads of fruit), yoghurt, lean sliced ham, 1/2 jar of pickled onions
Exercise
18 minute run (1.83 miles)
15 minutes resistance training (I guess?) (push-ups, sit-ups, running up and down stairs)
